Alma Alta is a luxury alpine escape for those who want the Colorado mountains without compromise. We designed this home to feel both spacious and intimate — 3,500 square feet across three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, framed by views that remind you why you came. Whether you're here to ski Breckenridge, fish the Middle Fork, or simply disconnect at altitude, the house is ready to meet you.
Surrounded by Four 14ers
Alma Alta sits at the summit of Quartzville Road, built into the eastern slope of Mt. Bross, just below treeline. Mt. Lincoln and Mt. Cameron rise nearby, with Mt. Democrat just beyond — together with Mt. Bross, the four peaks known locally as the DeCaLiBron. World-class fly fishing, alpine lakes, and the Continental Divide are all close by, and Breckenridge is 30 minutes away.
